We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $15.00 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.00.

The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application plus a $5 system processing fee for using the service. We will only take online payment and application, or certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable! After approval, we need the deposit paid within 24 hours, and we are only willing to hold the unit a maximum of 15 days with full deposit.

Pets- We do accept Pet Dogs (28 lb. Max) or Indoor Cat, but would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium, and a deposit would be charged, if over 5 gallons in size.

Utlities- The Owner pays Water, Trash, and Landscaping. The tenant pays Electric and Gas. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them.
